What is VisibilityKit and how does it work?
VisibilityKit is an AI Engine Optimization (AEO) platform that tracks how often your brand is cited by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. We run live queries against the same AI platforms your buyers use, then show you where you appear, where competitors appear instead, and what to change.
How is the Solo plan different from the Agency plan?
Solo is for solo founders or in-house marketers tracking one brand. Marketer adds full-depth tracking for a single brand: custom question sets, competitor answer share, and source intelligence. Agency is for teams managing multiple client brands. You pay a small platform fee plus a per-brand rate, with team workspaces and role-based access included.
Can I add more brands to my Agency plan later?
Yes. The Agency plan starts with one brand bundled into the entry price. Every additional brand is billed at a flat per-brand monthly rate. You can add or remove brands at any time and your bill adjusts automatically.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be prorated for the remaining time in your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
